I've created a daily time sheet for our employees and have made the day/date
appear automatically using =TODAY() formula. (They are new to filling out
forms electronically and I'm trying to make it as painless as possible.) The
problem, though, is that when we open Tuesday's file on Friday, the day/date
automatically changes to Friday and the time sheet is then inaccurate.

How can I make a calendar button that allows easy selection of the day/date
rather than using the forumla I listed above? I'm picturing a button where
February will pop up and you can select any date. You could also scroll
ahead (or back) months within the pop up calendar and whatever you click on
will appear in the cell.

I need to make this an easy-to-use feature for our technology-challenged
employees. I also need it easy-to-program for me!

I am using MS Office XP.

Thank you for this information! I went to that link and did as instructed
but the calendar wouldn't go away unless I clicked far off of it. So, I went
to the fonstuff link at the bottom of the page for more information and did
the Personal.xls coding. All was working well until I added the toolbar
button and menu item. Then the calendar would no longer automatically pop up
when I was on the intended cell. I had to click the icon or right click and
choose the calendar in order to see it.

Any ideas? I want the Calendar to appear for anyone who clicks on the cell,
no matter which computer they are accessing the file from.
