Default macro to insert a comment

hi to all,

i do not know how to make this possible in my excel2003SP2

i have 2 files.
myfile1 contain cells that are used or referred by myfile2...

when both files are open and i click Trace dependent on a cell in
myfile1...i can see that this cell is being referred by myfile2....then i
save and close both files....

when i open again only myfile1....and i click Trace dependent on the same
cell...a pop up says that " ! The Trace Dependents COMMAND found NO formulas
that REFER to the active cell." - an "OK" button appears as well....

how can i make this "OK" <trace dependent COMMAND...to assure that i can be
alarmed before deleting or cut/pasting this cell....since i cannot remember
the hundreds of cells linked to many different workbooks....

Maybe a macro can insert a comment in a cell if it is linked to another
WORKBOOK..
for sure someone from this forum or some link can help mw with this..

please help

regards
