Default How to copy raw text from Excel

Hello,

How to copy from Excel 2003 spreadsheet to MS Outlook html email as pure
text and not as Excel object?
There isn't Paste special available and often mail recipients who don't have
Excel installed don't see this "object" correctly.
Right now it works through notepad only.

Thanks
John

One way:

1) Select the range to be copied.
2) Move your cursor to the edge of the highlighted range, as if you were
going to drag the cell contents elsewhere on the spreadsheet.
3) Hold and drag to the taskbar, and navigate to the email you want to send.
4) When the cursor changes to a + sign release the mouse button.

You now have text in your Outlook email.

Hi Dave,

Thanks, but result is again this Excel Object in mail, which when selected,
is surrounded with box and doesn't allow to delete a rows ....

I wish to copy the plain text without landing on notepad in between.
