Default How to insert a CheckBox in a Excel 2007 worksheet??

Excel 2003 let me insert CheckBoxes, ComboBoxes, DropDownLists, etc. Where
the heck are all these functions in Excel 2007?

I found how to create a drop down list in Excel 2007, but can't figure out
how to get it to STAY ON THE FRIKKIN SHEET so people using the thing can see
it and go "hey, I'm supposed to make a choice here"......
