Default Year Totals

I need to figure out how to find the difference in years down to a decimnal
point. for example .....11-01-02 minus 04-16-85 = 17.6 years. Does any one
know how to create a formula that can do this for me??? Thank you.

Using your dates in A1 and B1, this formula will return 17.6 in a cell
formatted for numbers with one decimal place.............

=(A1-B1)/365
