Your question does not make sense.

You can digitally sign a workbook but not a single cell.

What is your goal?

I have a spreadsheet that has to have two signatures for purchasing dept. My
GM wants this automated, so I put it in Sharepoint. I need signatures to
prove that they authorize the purchase.

Thanks for the clarification.

I have no idea how to add a legal signature to a file.

Hopefully someone will pop in with a method.
