Default Slow Spread Sheet

I have been using a spreadsheet for daily consumption of product, I dupe the
sheet for use on other products, but just recently some of these sheets have
gotten very slow, for both entry and scrolling. Same sheet different
workbooks, some work very well others are slow, anyone else having this type
of problem.

It's hard to give a good answer without some more info about how your
spreadsheets are designed, how much RAM your computer has, etc. You may want
to take a look here, and see if any of this pertains to your particular
situation: http://www.decisionmodels.com/calcsecrets.htm

If it does, and you have questions about the link, post back and someone can
suggest ways to improve your spreadsheet's speed.
