Default pulling data from one sheet and listing selected data in another

I have resource data in sheet 1, listing employees and the percentage of time
they spend on certain tasks --example as follows:
A B C D
Names training research management
Mary .5 .2 .3
Joe 0 .9 .1
Tom 1.0 0 1.0

Sheet 2 is for training only and I want to be able to do is list only the
employees who work training and the amount of time they spend doing it, as
follows --
A B
Mary .5
Tom 1.0
I don't want Joe's name to show up with a zero.
I've tried everything I know of and I cannot get this to work. Please help!!!

One way. Copy and paste - paste link the cells onto the second worksheet and
apply a filter for 0 in the amount of training column.

I can't use filters in this instance because this is a large spreadsheet with
a chart left of the data and other information below and to the right.
Copying and pasting link won't work because the names or the data on the
resource page can change at any given time. Any other ideas?
