Default Interpretation of T test results

How do I interpret the results of a t-test when I run it using the

What do the following mean?

Variance 0.0093 0.010717424
Observations 3 12
Pooled Variance 0.010499359
Hypothesized Mean Difference 0
df 13
t Stat 12.86378357
P(T<=t) one-tail 4.51976E-09
t Critical one-tail 1.770931704
P(T<=t) two-tail 9.03953E-09
t Critical two-tail 2.16036824

Thanks
