I did a profile yesterday with all the particialars and when I went to sign
in tonight it's telling I need to do a profile. What am I doing wrong.

Jackie,
I don't know. But you might want to ask the question again, perhaps in the
GQ section, and instead of starting a new "Question" put it in as a new
"Suggestion for Microsoft" -- I'm thinking that some staff member that
actually understands such things would get notified of it in that manner,
where as just phrased / classified as a question as this one is, then it's
more by chance that someone who understands the system completely would see
it.

You are signing in using the same email address and password you used
before? Right? No problem with the CAPS LOCK key being on maybe when you
entered the password? I don't expect you to answer me - those are kind of
rhetorical questions just to give you some things to maybe consider? Wish I
had more help for you, but how this place works is totally unknown to me.
