Default Can I make excel 2003 use 1-2-3 commands (like in excel 2000)?

I previously used excel 2000 on my old computer, and I could make it use
Lotus 1-2-3 commands. I just purchased and installed Office standard edition
2003 on my laptop computer and I have not been able to make it perform
various acts, based on Lotus commands. Is this option still available in
excel 2003?

Tools | Options; open the Transition tab and select the features you want to
activate.

I'd guess the OP is after the old 1-2-3 classic menu (aka slash menu)
commands, which used to be available through the Help menu.
Unfortunately for the OP, Microsoft removed that functionality from
Excel 2003. Nothing on the Transition tab of the Options dialog will
bring it back.
