It does.

.............A.............B
1.......10:00..........N
2.......12:15..........Y
3.........5:30..........Y
4.........1:27..........N

Column A formatted as h:mm

=SUMIF(B1:B4,"Y",A1:A4)

Formatted as [h]:mm

Result = 17:45
