How can I make the comments for data in a cell, stay with the data when it

Comments on a Pivot Table
A pivot table doesn't support that feature. If you change the pivot
table layout, the comment remains in the cell where you inserted it, and doesn't move with the data that was previously in the cell. You could add notes outside the pivot table, to explain the data.
