Default conditional formatting question

i have a number of cells with a conditional format formula which makes the
cell black in colour. I want to quickly identify these cells and find and
replace them with text.

the formula is something like the below
VLOOKUP($AD10, all,HLOOKUP(DM$1,column,2,0),0)="N"

Thanks for your help - Pete
