Default HOW DO I CALCULATE ACCURATE HUMAN AGES ON A SPREADSHEET ?

i use a worksheet to calculate estimates of nutrition needs of patients. how
do i set up a formula to accurately figure a person's age? i use the "year"
calculation now but would rather be more precise, using the patient's DOB and
the current date. can anyone tell me how to do that?
