Default IF Statement with 3 parameters

D22 = 508 kg
B19 = $35.00 (minimum)
C19 = $.25
D19 = $275.00 (maximum)

Problem:
if D22*C19< then B19
if D22*C19 greater than B19, but less than D19, D22*C19
if D22*C19D19 then D19

How do I construct the nested IF statement?
