Default Suppress a row

Can you suppress a row of data when a cell in that row is zero?

When you say suppress the row, do you mean hide it?

You can do that via the filter tool--Data--Autofilter. In the column for
which you want to test for 0 values, just apply the filter 0.

You can set the Conditional Formatting of the row to change the font color to
the same color as the backbround if the target cell is zero. The row or data
will still be there, it will just appear to be empty.
