Can you suppress a row of data when a cell in that row is zero?

When you say suppress the row, do you mean hide it?
You can do that via the filter tool--Data--Autofilter. In the column for which you want to test for 0 values, just apply the filter 0. Dave -- Brevity is the soul of wit. "DCN" wrote: Can you suppress a row of data when a cell in that row is zero? |

You can set the Conditional Formatting of the row to change the font color to
the same color as the backbround if the target cell is zero. The row or data will still be there, it will just appear to be empty. Vaya con Dios, Chuck, CABGx3 "DCN" wrote: Can you suppress a row of data when a cell in that row is zero? |
