Hi Betty:

It is not nice when you mess up a sheet and can't find the original.

Have you tried searching for the file:

Click on start and select search then search for the file name.

If that does not work try looking asking your IT department or system
administrator to restore the file from yesterday (if you have an IT
department).

Otherwise try again.
