I have 12 workbooks(for each month ) each workbook has 2 sheets. One sheet
lists all the firefighters, and totals # of call, hours, etc. that info is then linked to sheet 2, totaling each firefighters infor for the month.Everything there 10-4. My quandry is trying to get the 13th workbook ( year to date ,running )to link all the other 12 workbooks. I opened all workbooks, then went to 13th workbook and in the desired cell put =, then went to each workbook cell to link each book. that works well, but very time consuming and I have 60+firefighters to do. Is there an easierand less error proof way to do this? Hope I was clear in trying to explain my situation...... Microsoft help and excel for dummies has me befuddled. Thanks |
