I am using A1-TODAY() to get a count down on the days remaining between two
date . But when i enter the dates in a1 ...any date like 1/1/08 it tells me that "The date you entered is before the current date .you must enter a date after today" what give???? OPn6 |

Excel has probably automatically formatted the cell with the formula in it as

Do you have Data Validation for A1? Have you checked the settings?
