Hi, I am working in an Excel workbook, with 13 worksheets. One sheet per
month and dollar amounts broken down by the day and type, Visa, MC..... On the last row the daily amounts are totaled by using a formula (=sum(C4:C34)). On the last worksheet I am trying to do the same thing but total the monthly figures from the previous 12 worksheets (Jan-Dec) to get the yearly figures. I use ( =, then I click on the worksheet for that month on the cell w/ the above formula) as the formula. Then I get an error = SUM(REF!). What am I doing wrong? I am trying to set it up in advance for the whole year. Right now of course the Feb-Dec numbers are 0.00. If I put the formulas in now will the annual numbers change as the monthly numbers do?-- I just need help sometimes :S |
