Default Count?

=SUMPRODUCT((H28:H36<"")/COUNTIF(H28:H36,H28:H36&""))
Adjust range to suit

Default Count?

Try this:

=SUMPRODUCT((A1:A9500<"")/COUNTIF(A1:A9500,A1:A9500&""))
