Is the chart an "XY (Scatter)" chart, not a "Line" chart?
Select CDF line on the chart and Format|Select Data series; is "Smoothed line" checked? If the answer to both of the these questions is "Yes", then you are not including eoungh points in the region of extensive curvature.
