Default validating a list of multiple columns

I made an invoice in excel, and to make life easier does anyone know how to
make a list using multiple columns, I.E column headings are Item ID,
Description & Price. I want to put in th Item ID in a dropdown list, and have
the other two columns enter the corresponding data.

There's a wealth of info.
