last digit automatically changes to zero (0)
i'm entering a 16-digit credit card account number into a cell, and
after hitting "enter" the last digit automatically changes to a zero... plse help!! |

Hi
This is happening because Excel is limited to 15 digits' precision with numerical values. You need to adjust the format of the cells in which you are entering these numbers to Text. The values will be 'seen' as text in which case (ie you can't sum them for example) but I presume that won't be an issue for you. Hope this helps!
