Multiple Columns for Pivot Table
I have data with a name and two columns of amounts. I would like to make a
pivot table that gives me one row for each name with a column for each of the two amounts. I can only seem to get it to include one of the columns. |

Multiple Columns for Pivot Table
Add both amount fields to the pivot table's data area
Then, drag the Data button onto the cell that contains the word Total. Multiple Columns for Pivot Table
Hi Marilyn
Place the name field in the Row area and then both of your amount fields in the Data area of the pivot table (not the Column area) and once the pivot table is created, right-click on the Data button and go OrderMove to Column. Hope this helps! Richard Marilyn wrote: I have data with a name and two columns of amounts.
