Default microsoft excel help dealing with data entry forms....please help

how do i create a list box in a data entry form for a specific field? is it
even possible

Default microsoft excel help dealing with data entry forms....please help

You can show a list of a specific range in a cell.
Hit Data-------Validation, select 'list' then highlight your source
data. You will then get a drop down list in the cell listing the items
in your range

yes i have tried this already but the list box for the items i have choosen
don't show up in the data entry form. i want the list box to show in the
data entry form also...how do i get that to happen?
