I am looking for a calculator that will properly figure payments, interest,
and totaling with a 45 delay period from the start of the loan to the first
payment. Does anyone have any ideas or leads. Thank you.

Hi Fay,

Is there a reason you can't use Excel's standard financial functions (eg FV)
for this?

Cheers
