Default Counting Words In Excel Formula

I want a count of specific words in a range. For instance, how many "unix,
sap, windows, etc" are there in this range? So I can have a number. That way I
don't have to count them manually each week when our headcount changes. Thank
you.

Subtotals are nice, or you could use the Countif() function choose your
range, what to count and that's it.
