You would need to know the city and state to which the zip code belonged.

What you would need to do is have a table that lists ZIP code, City, State
and then run VLOOKUPs on that table from your list of ZIP codes. One place

Even better: http://www.census.gov/tiger/tms/gazetteer/zips.txt

This is a comma delimeted file; in order to use its data you need to import
it into Excel, and use the text-to-columns tool in the Data menu to separate
the data into individual columns.
