Which cells do you want to concatenate? A and C like RED HAT? Your example
for end result doesn't show any concatenations, it simply copies column C.
In which cell do you want the result? You can't put it in column C because
it's filled!
Literally you requested this formula (say in column D)
=IF(AND(A1="RED",B1="X"),A1&" "&C1,"")
but in your example the conditions are redundant because all RED are marked
with X.

Please make your request clearer!

I have the following table:

A B C
RED X HAT

BLUE

RED X GLOVES
YELLOW

I need a formula that does the following:

If column A = red and column B = X then concatenate cells in column C where
this is true.

The end result has the list of text, in column C where the formula is true,
in 1 single cell.

HAT
GLOVES
SCARF
