Default Help with worksheet function

Hi,
I am looking for advice on how to write a formula to find values within a
range (i.e. between 0 and 2000) within a column and whenever it founds a
value it should retern a associated value/text in a second column. In the
result cell I therefore would like every found value to appear as distinct
values/textstrings separated with commas for example.

Any help would be great!

Cheers Jonas
