Default Data validation & Printing

Hello,
I have a excel file that I have set up with a list, when I use the drop down
box the data changes. Is there a way to automate this so that it will look
up the next row in the list and then print it. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

What do you mean by "use the drop down list"? What do you do?
What data changes?
What do you mean by "it will look up the next row in the list and print it."
What do you want printed? The next item in the list? HTH Otto
