Default Comma Deleted File into Excel doc

I have recieved a comma deleted file which I need to save as an excel
doc. Having opened it with excel all the data in shown in the first
column. There are several columns of info.

I have tried to format the text to no avail.

Line Example, 3040, 3040, -1, -1, -1

How can I get this into 5 columns instead of one.

Thanks in advance.

Mark

Hi,

Try Data-Import External Data- Import Data

Follow the wizard, and as delimiter char set comma ","

It should help !
