Default EXCEL

I HAVE A WORKBOOK CREATED FOR ROSTERING, ONE OF THE SHEETS, HAS THE LIST OF
THE EMPLOYEES, WITH RATES OF PAY, THEN I HAVE A SHEET FOR EVERY DAY OF THE
WEEK WITH START TIME & FINISH TIMES FOR DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS OF THE COMPANY
THAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE TO BE ROSTERED TO.

IF I HAVE A SALARY PAID PERSON & THEY ARE WORKING IN ONE DEPARTMENT IN THE
ONE DAY, MY FORMULA IS JUS DIVIDING THEIR SALARY BY 5 DAYS & PUTTING THE
DAILY FIGURE INTO A COSTING SHEET FOR ME, (AND UPGRADING FOR SUNDAY RATE IF
APPLICALBE) WHICH IS WHAT I WANT,

PROBLEM:
BUT IF THEY WORK IN MORE FOR EXAMPLE 2 DEPARTMENTS IN THE ONE DAY, IT IS
JUST DIVIDING THE SALARY BY 5 DAYS & PUTTING THE DAILY COST INTO EACH
DEPARTMENT THAT THE SALARIED PERSON IS WORKING IN THAT DAY.(THEREFORE
OVERCOSTING THE DEPARTMENTS).

THE FORMULA THAT I AM USING IS BELOW & EXPLANATION OF CELL REFERENCES:
"BB21" is hours in the department for the particular employee.
"8.Staff Names and Rates of Pay" is the sheet where i have the employees
listed with their rates of pay or weekly salary & FACTOR FOR SUNDAY (E.G
TIME+HALF)
"D21" is hourly rate for the employee
"I21" is the factor for sunday rate
"H21" is weekly salary

=IF($BB21=0,0,IF('8. Staff Names and Rates of
Pay'!$G210,(BB21*$D21*(1+'Foynes Rota Mgt Week 42.xls'!Holiday_uplift)*'8.
Staff Names and Rates of Pay'!$I21),(('8. Staff Names and Rates of
Pay'!$H21/5)*(1+'Foynes Rota Mgt Week 42.xls'!Holiday_uplift)*'8. Staff Names
and Rates of Pay'!$I21)))

PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS
