Make merged cells a feature that can be used in a shared workbook

Make merged cells a feature that can be used in a shared workbook
According to the experts, merged cells cause problems. I won't even use "merge cells" for my headings any more.

Make merged cells a feature that can be used in a shared workbook
Format cells / alignment / centre across selection will give you far less
