sort subtotal groups
I have added 4 levels to a group of data in order to subtotal it. However, I
need to constantly update it with new data and would like the new data to enter automatically into the 'subgroup' levels? I can currently only do it if I remove all the subtotals, re-sort and re-add subtotals. Is there anyway to sort the data so that it will be included into the subtotals? Microsoft Excel suggests collapsing the outlines and sorting then but this doesn't work - it just creates a new 'Grand Total'! Thank you!! |
