Default Amortization with up front skips

Need to get an amortization schedule working that allows the first six month
as no payment but accruing interest.

I see two options, although there could be more.

1. Roll you own spreadsheet. You'll need headings like Period, Start Value,
Payment, Interest, Ending Value. The formulas for each are straightforward.

2. To use a template, like Excel provides, just calculate the amount owing six
months hence (use the FV function). Use that as the starting value for the
template.
