Default Need to Color Record in Duplicates

Pivot Table worked great on 23,000 rows of data. Applied the Conditional
Formatting on the "Total" column to filter values over 159,000. Set the font
to 'Red' to show the values that matched.

Is there any way to move the rows of matching values in another location
without having to manually copy, cut and paste the information in the 23,000
columns, or is there another way to filter out the lines where "total" is
greater than 159, 000?
