Default Date format from excel to CVS file wont. Change in CVS wont stay.

Changing date format in Excel and then saving to CVS file. Change won't
transfer to CVS and when changed in CVS won't stay when file is reopened.

Don't reopen in Excel.

Try opening the *.CSV file in Notepad or other text program.

What happens in that case?
