I have a tracking sheet that I would like to have one cell that shows the
date and the subtracted time. (i.e 01/03/05 11:00, 01/04/05 12:00) are my dates I can get it to the minutes but not the dates. Also, can there be restrictions put on here as well |

Hi Michaela,
Just subtract the first from the later and format the target cell as 'dd hh:mm' -- HTH RP (remove nothere from the email address if mailing direct) "Michaela" wrote in message ... Bob,
I can get it to give me the time but it will come up o' in the date. As shown A1 B1 C1 01/03/05 02:00 PM 01/03/05 02:59 PM 01/00/00 00:59 What I want it to do is show the same date and minutes. Also, if it runs into the next day I want to put time restrictions on it as well. (i.e. the work time ends 7pm and resumes at 8am) "Michaela" wrote: I have a tracking sheet that I would like to have one cell that shows the date and the subtracted time.
