Default sales chart

I am trying to graph my stores department sales for three years. X- axis
will be each department with three bars above it (2004, 2005, 2006). I get
this far. Next I am trying to use a second y-axis on the right to graph the
sum of the department sales for each year. This is where I get stuck. When I
add the secondary axis, Excel puts the bar for the sum above the first
department. Any help you can provide would be appreciated
