Default GROUPWORK IN EXCEL

picture 10 hotels with identical pages for budget/actual line items (maybe
even a 12-month spread to a 13th total column.

anyhow, corporate has a 'master' spreadsheet with individual pages for each
of the 10 hotels, and a summary for the corp on page 11.

need to have someway for each specific hotel put their current actual info
in for sales, expenses, etc. and the 'link' back to the corporate master.
ideally going via the internet to a specific url from the specific hotel to
the ID of the corporate sheet.

something like this possible?

or other alternatives for groupwork in excel so that individuals can affect
their area but it will update to some foreign overview of all.

thanks.

fyi

this worked fine.

a corporate sheet at 1 location can refer to a 'hotel' sheet on another
machine at another location.

='\\192.168.1.10\vol3\[test1.xls]tampa downtown'!$D$2

thanks.
