Default select drop down list 1 value will change the value in dr...

how can i achieve this:
user select the value in drop down list 1 will affect the value display for
drop downlist 2. Eg. value for list 1 - income, expenses.
if "income" is selected then these value will display in list 2 - salary,
bonus...
if "expenses" is selected then these value will display in list 2 -
telephone bill, electricity, water...
