Default Feedback and Suggestion on MS Excel 2007 (Beta 2) Worksheet Functi

Dear Sir,

I have test drive your Excel 2007 (Beta 2) and have the folowing feedback to
make:

1. Save All and Close All Function
At present you do not have this function at the file menu. This make ending
a session very time consuming as the user need to save all the open files at
the window one by one and also to close it one by one. In the office
environment, the user frequently have to work with quite a number of files at
a same time. Adding a Save All and Close All function would help to exit a
session fast and move on to the other session.

2. Missing grid lines after Color Shading a block of cells
Excel 2003 to 2007 does not preserve grid line after shading. This makes
reading a large worksheet more tedious and frequently subjected to human
error as the column and rows are not guided along by the grid lines.
Apprectiate if you could enable the grid line on all the worksheet as a
default setting.

3. Sort by Font Color and Cell Color not functioning
I have test sorted a block of data on the worksheet by values, font color
and cell color. I find that sorting by values for each column or row works
very well but not with font color and cell color. I think you are having some
problem at this part of your program and you need to check back and fix it.

4. Wide selection of font and cell color for sorting and the order of sorting
I think it would be very helpful if the worksheet could sort all the color
that are in the hexagonal color selector. The present sorting criteria is too
rigid. It only allow to sort one color at the top. I would like to suggest
that the color be sorting in ascending (red follow by orange, yellow, green,
blue, purple) and decending (purple follow by , blue, green, yelow, orange
and red). The worksheet must be able to group items of the same color
together in one block. Lacking of this feature the performance (or
usefulness) of the worksheet is greatly reduced.

I hope my suggestion helps.

Kind Regards

Furthermore,

The first character does not have a custom font applied to it when you apply
it to characters within a single cell
