I've got an Excel worksheet with 'DECIMAL' function. It is not working. I
have all the Add-Ins installed and I even couldn't find it in Microsoft
online help.

What is this function? and why is it not working?

Never come across a DECIMAL function, DEC2BIN, DEC2OCT, DEC2HEX, but not
DECIMAL. It sounds as though it is a custom UDF that someone added to their
own addin.
