Default Functions

This is what I want to do:

For my time cards we have work code #'s and code descriptions.

For ex.
Description Work Code
Wall-Rough 1234567

When I type in the work code I want the description to automatically display
in the cell next to it. Can this be done?

As long as you have a table of ids and descriptions, you can use VLOOKUP.
Check help.
