Default Copy Cell Sum

How do i copy a cells format. I have got a cell which adds up a whole
column, what I would like
is other columns to do the same but there must be an easier way of doing it
without clicking the bottom of each
column and then clicking the sum tool? can i copy this function?
Thanks

After you get the first one have you tried dragging the formula. grab the

After you copy, press F9 to recalculate. Or set calculation to automatic.
(toolsoptionscalculation tabautomatic)

With relative references being used (no $ in cell addresses), simply click
on the "fill handle" of the cell containing the original formula, and drag
across the columns to automatically copy the formula as far as needed.

Would you post the *exact* formula you're trying to copy?
