How do I conditional format a cell by referencing another workbook's
failure/success outcome? Here's what I have: Workbook #1 = a fax list with customer IDs and fax numbers Setup as follows: USER ID USER NAME FAX NUMBER 0125A Mom & Pop's Store 16135847581 Workbook #2 = a report from our autofaxing company stating whether the fax was sent or failed. Setup: RECIPIENT SENT PAGES BILLING CODE STATUS 16135847581 date/time 1 845695 Success I am trying to change the cell's/row's format (colour) in workbook #1 by referencing it to workbook #2. The "primary key" for the reference is the fax number. |
