Default delete a # from the value axis on a column chart?

A Excel Chart: trying to delete a # w/ a percentage from axis from other
percentages that are on the axis. I went in to format the axis and went to
the scale and changed numbers around, but will not work. It's a negative
number. The chart is done the way I want it, except for this one number I
want to erase?
